We aim to dispatch all orders as fast as we possibly can, we usually manage to get orders dispatched within 5-7 days however please appreciate that during busy periods on the run up to special occasions (Halloween, Christmas, etc) this could be considerably longer.

All of our personalised products are hand-made to order, this means your products need to be manufactured to your requirements before they can be packed up and dispatched.

Due to the various production processes involved, some orders will take longer then others to make. We recommend that you contact us before placing your order if you need it quickly.

To keep things simple and fair our delivery charges are based on the total value of your order, please see the table below for more details. We now have a free local pickup option if you live nearby, save on postage and collect it in person.

Returns Policy

If we have made a mistake with your order or your goods are faulty in some way, please let us know by using the returns procedure in your 'my account' page.
